A: Oakey Bay is the first of its kind on the Northern Gold Coast, consisting of three magnificent apartment buildings, encompassing 167 apartments, and offering a selection of two- and three-bedroom options.

The top two buildings are made up of six levels, and the third has five levels. The apartments are positioned to embrace the views of the Gold Coast marine precinct, hinterland and south towards Surfers Paradise.

Q: When does construction of Oakey Bay Apartments begin?

A: Construction is expected to begin early in 2022.
Releases will begin with apartment tower 3 closest to Oakey Creek, with sales and construction working their way back up the hill. What this means is apartment tower 3, then tower 2 and finally tower 1 will be presented to the market and constructed.
